Dispatch
Items in stock will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Replenishment of items that out of stock will take 3-5 business days and we aim to ship your order within 6-7 working days.
Shipping Cost
We offers free shipping to most countries. Free delivery is offered only when the total purchase amount is above $150.
For orders below $150, there is a fixed additional shipping cost of $50.
For shipment to regions that are less accessible or removed areas, fixed postage cost of $30 will be added automatically and shown as a shipping surcharge at checkout.
All charges will be shown before confirmation of payment.

Delivery time are just estimated only. Unforeseeable circumstances such as weather, strikes and lockouts may cause a delay in delivery time. We cannot be liable for any delay. We will do our utmost to limit any difficulties that may cause.
Shipping location
ZoomFotopro collaborates with a range of trustworthy and renowned shipping couriers, including DHL, FedFx, UPS etc. After it is dispatched, you will get a tracking number for your order.
We provide free shipping service to the Australia, New Zealand.
We currently do not offer free shipping service to other countries. If you would like to ship the items to other places, please feel free to contact us by sending us an email to info@zoomfotopro.com.
PO Box and Address restrictions
ZoomFotopro apologise that we do not offer shipping to PO Box, parcel locker, hotel or Army Post office (APO). We only accept addresses due to delivery restrictions of couriers.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. ZoomFotopro reserves the right to refuse issuing any refund for lost-parcel cases due to an erroneous or incorrect address.
Amendment of shipping address after the order is placed is not allowed. When you have ordered with incorrect address, it is advisable that you contact our CS Team at info@zoomfotopro.com as soon as possible to get the order hold, cancel and repay.
Arrangement of lost Parcel
If you have not received the goods for 20 working days after dispatch according to the tracking page, we will do our utmost in assisting you in the investigation of the missing goods by opening a case with them to get any compensation issued by the courier.
Dispute cases will be reviewed by courier company. We will be subject to the terms and conditions of courier company for the outcome of case.
